Elegibilidad
Al comprar un ticket para un evento, usted acepta que:
-Tiene más de 18 años de edad.
-Eres soltero, divorciado o separado y, por lo tanto, capaz de entablar una relación.
-Usted acepta que está dentro del grupo de edad anunciado.
Asistencia al evento
La entrada al evento es a nuestra discreción y la administración del lugar. Cualquier persona borracha, vestida de manera inapropiada o que actúe de manera abusiva puede ser impedida de asistir al evento a nuestra discreción. No se otorgarán reembolsos ni compensaciones a nadie que se le impida asistir a un evento.
Cualquier persona que no se adhiera a esto no podrá asistir al evento y no se ofrecerán reembolsos ni compensaciones.
Nos reservamos el derecho de solicitar identificación a nuestra discreción cuando asista a un evento.
Reembolsos y transferencias
-No se proporcionarán reembolsos si no puede asistir a un evento. El crédito para un evento futuro puede otorgarse a nuestra discreción siempre que se nos avise con al menos 7 días de anticipación.
-La transferencia de la entrada a un amigo / familiar es posible a nuestra discreción siempre que esta persona cumpla con los requisitos del evento, es decir, el grupo cultural y los criterios de edad del evento.
-Necesitamos un aviso mínimo de 24 horas para una transferencia de un ticket a otra persona.
-Si cancelamos un evento, se proporcionará un reembolso o crédito para otro evento.
-Nos reservamos el derecho de mover la fecha de un evento a otra fecha. Los reembolsos o transferencias pueden darse si prefiere no asistir a esta fecha a menos que el motivo de ese cambio esté fuera de nuestro control, como, entre otros, mal tiempo, cancelaciones de lugares, cortes de energía, etc.
-Una vez notificado de dicho cambio, se le dará 24 horas para informarnos si prefiere un reembolso. Después de este período, los reembolsos son a nuestra discreción.
-Nos reservamos el derecho de trasladar el evento a otro lugar dentro de una distancia razonable del lugar original.
Responsabilidad
-No aceptamos ninguna responsabilidad por las pérdidas sufridas por asistir a cualquiera de nuestros eventos.
-No aceptamos ninguna responsabilidad por cualquier angustia física, emocional o cualquier otro problema que pueda ocurrirle en cualquier momento en el futuro de alguien que conoció al asistir a uno de nuestros eventos.
-No somos responsables de verificar ningún dato personal de los asistentes, incluidos, entre otros, su estado civil o cualquier otra información personal.
Eligibility
By purchasing a ticket for an event, you agree that:
-You are over 18 years of age.
-You are single, divorced or separated and therefore capable of entering into a relationship.
-You agree that you are within the age group as advertised.
Event Attendance
Entry to the event is at our and the management of the venue’s discretion. Anyone drunk, dressed inappropriately or acting in an abusive manner may be prevented from attending the event at our discretion. No refunds or compensation will be given to anyone prevented from attending an event. Anyone not found to be adhering to this will not be allowed to attend the event and no refunds or compensation will be offered.
We reserve the right to ask for I.D. at our discretion when you attend an event.
Refunds and Transfers
-No refunds will be provided if you cannot attend an event. Credit for a future event maybe given at our discretion provided we are given at least 7 days notice.
-Transfer of the ticket to a friend/family member is possible at our discretion provided this person falls within the requirements of the event i.e. cultural group and age criteria of the event.
-We need a minimum 24 hour notice for a transfer of a ticket to another person.
-If we cancel an event a refund or credit will be provided for another event.
-We reserve the right to move an event date to another date. Refunds or transfers maybe given should you prefer not to attend this date unless the reason for that change is outside our control such as but not limited to bad weather, venue cancellations, power cuts etc.
-Once notified of such a change you will be given 24 hours to let us know whether you will prefer a refund. After this period refunds are at our discretion.
-We reserve the right to move the event to another venue within a reasonable distance to the original venue.
Liability
-We accept no Liability to any losses suffered by attending any of our events.
-We accept no Liability for any physical, emotional distress or any other issue that may befall you at any point in the future from someone you met through attending one of our events.
-We are not liable to verify any personal details of the attendees including but not limited to their marital status or any other personal information.
